Two toes on each foot, six fingers on each hand (they have an extra thumb on each side of the hand). A tail to balance them out. Three feet tall. Scales instead of skin. Short and stubby at birth, and born with a beak. The beak will not grow with age, so is usually quite large and awkward on children. Like to crawl onto things and people larger than them. A few rogues still roam around, and occasionally cities are forced to uproot when hot springs run dry.

Tar: Secretive, lizard-like people who remain underground for the most part.
