Born in Spokane and raised in every state on the west coast, Lauren Hemphill has finally settled down in Idaho. After battling sickness and enrolling in the University of Idaho, Lauren paid her own way without student loans by working as often as she could – all while building a house and finishing her first novel. She graduated with an English degree in Creative Writing, with an emphasis on Fiction. From there, she published her first novel, VIRIDIS; finished her tiny house; and moved onto her own plot of land. As a dedicated writer, Lauren strives to be a full-time author with books tackling friendships, queerness, mental health, and toxic religion. Her first book series follows an asexual, aromantic lead as she navigates the galaxy in the midst of a war. The second book, CAERULE, released on March 2, 2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
