We met in 2021 on the HER app, and after our first date resulted in us being kicked out of the coffee shop we were in (we stayed until after closing&#8230; sorry!), we began the lesbian tradition of long dates that lasted entire weekends at one another&#8217;s place. We got engaged on February 4th, 2023. Both of us being the creative sort and always crafting or making things during our time dating, we decided to combine forces and open up a small shop together. DenHaven, a name combined from &#8220;The Den,&#8221; the name of our future home, and &#8220;Haven,&#8221; the name of my self-built tiny house, was suggested by Leora as a potential last name for the two of us, and I (Lauren) simply fell in love with it. We aim to provide personal pieces for everyone &#8211; be it through printed art, queer stories, jewelry, or sensory toys.
